Our new developments are LEED Gold certified under the ‘New Construction and Development’ category, whereas all our existing assets are LEED Platinum certified under the ‘Operations and Maintenance’ category.

We implement LEED sustainability policies in our office and retail spaces, including green cleaning, air quality, waste management, and water efficiency. We work with engineers, contractors, and environmental organizations to deploy energy innovations such as LED lighting, high-performance elevators, CO2 ventilation, and efficient cooling systems.
